How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- If you want to exchange an item just let us know what you'd like to exchange for in the comments section.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- The label must remain attached
- (If possible please return in Acid Running mailer)
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
