How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• If you want to exchange an item just let us know what you'd like to exchange for in the comments section.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• The label must remain attached
• (If possible please return in Acid Running mailer)

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
